System

Run from an ERP, not a spreadsheet

Most marketplace resellers cannot tell you what they sold, where, or when. We built our own ERP so that we can.

  • Every line tracked at EAN level

Purchases, stock and sales are keyed on the barcode, not on a description. Names differ between your catalogue, ours and the marketplace's; the GTIN does not.

  • Amazon's API is our source of truth

Stock positions, orders, fees and prices come straight from Amazon into our system. Nothing is re-keyed by hand, so nothing quietly drifts out of date.

  • Replenishment and allocation driven from the system

Which lines to reorder, how deep, and which markets to push them into are decisions the system prepares from real sell-through.

  • Reporting you can require of us

Units sold, by marketplace, over any period. If your distribution agreement requires reporting, we can meet it.

  • Cost of goods and VAT in the same system

Real purchase price, fees, multi-country VAT and net margin per line are calculated inside the ERP, not estimated alongside it. We know what every line earns — which is precisely what stops us discounting for the sake of volume.

Logistics

The chain, from your loading bay to the customer

Our process absorbs several thousand receipts and dispatches a week. So we have headroom for your volumes, not just our own.

Timestamped traceability, unit by unit
  • Purchase — the line enters inventory

The moment we buy, the line enters our inventory with its quantity and its landed cost. Nothing exists in the system without a commitment behind it.

  • Receipt — every unit scanned

On arrival each unit is scanned and its status changes in the inventory. Any discrepancy against the order surfaces then, not three weeks later.

  • Labelling — moved to ready-to-ship

Each unit is labelled individually, which moves it to ready-to-ship status — physically and in the system at the same time.

  • Packing — numbered carton, numbered shipment

Each unit is scanned a second time as it goes into a numbered carton, itself attached to a numbered shipment bound for the fulfilment centres.

  • Full, timestamped traceability

Every movement is timestamped. We can trace any single unit from the purchase order to the carton it left in. If you have a product recall or a question about a batch, the answer exists.

Compliance

In order, and able to prove it

An unregistered reseller is your risk as much as theirs: suspended listings, withdrawn products, and regulatory exposure that can travel back to you.

  • VAT registered in several European countries

We hold VAT registrations in several EU countries and file our returns on each authority's schedule.

  • EPR registered across nearly all of our markets

Extended producer responsibility: we are registered with the compliance schemes of nearly every market we sell in, for the streams that apply to our categories.

  • The numbers, on request

VAT and EPR registration numbers are provided on request, at account opening and during the relationship alike.

For brands and wholesalers

What we commit to

Supplying a marketplace reseller carries real risks: price erosion, damaged listings, and stock leaking back into the wholesale trade. Here is where we stand on each.

  • We buy outright

No consignment, no payment on sale, no returns of unsold stock. We buy in volume and we settle on your terms. Your stock becomes ours, and your risk ends at the invoice.

  • We sell to end consumers, not to other resellers

Goods bought from you are sold to the shopper. We do not wholesale them onward, so your products do not re-enter the trade through us and surface somewhere you did not authorise.

  • We look after your listings

Correct GTINs, accurate titles and attributes, clean images. A listing we sell on is a shop window you own — we treat it that way rather than bolting an offer onto whatever is already there.

  • We don't start price wars

We will not be the seller who pulls your price down. When someone else dumps stock below your recommended price, we hold ours back until theirs clears rather than chase them to the bottom. We don't control the other sellers on a listing. We control ours.

  • European reach without the admin

Selling in ten countries normally means ten registrations, ten sets of filings and a logistics problem. One order, one invoice, delivered to us in France or to one of our European prep partners — from there your products reach those markets as our stock, under our registrations.
